When you submit a company rating or interview insight, you represent that the information is based on your genuine personal experience. You agree to comply with our Content Guidelines. Kultivia reserves the right to remove any submission that violates these guidelines without notice.
By submitting content, you grant Kultivia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, analyze, and aggregate your submission as part of the platform's services. Your submission will be anonymized before being made visible to other users.
Employers using Kultivia agree not to use the platform to identify, retaliate against, or discriminate against any employee or former employee in connection with reviews. Attempting to manipulate ratings, solicit fake reviews, or pressure employees to submit positive reviews is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

All platform design, code, branding, and aggregated data are the intellectual property of Kultivia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or its content without explicit written consent.
Kultivia provides a platform for user-generated content. We do not verify the accuracy of individual submissions and make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of any information on the platform. Kultivia is not responsible for employment decisions made based on platform data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kultivia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Kultivia operates as a platform hosting third-party user-generated content. We are not the publisher or author of user submissions. This structure is designed to maintain protection under applicable law governing platform liability. Kultivia moderates content in good faith but does not guarantee the accuracy of individual submissions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
