It cannot be purchased. It cannot be requested. It can only be earned through genuine employee experience.

Companies can gain or lose certification based on how their scores change over time. This ensures the badge always reflects current employee experience, not historical performance.
Certified companies receive a digital badge they can display on their careers page, LinkedIn company page, and job postings. The badge links directly to your Kultivia profile so candidates can verify it is genuine.
